fantastic stay
attentive staffgreat locationcomfortable bed
every staff member was lovely and very attentive. the location is at the end of the jbr, a bit further from the busy area (a twenty-minute walk). it is close to a supermarket open 24 hours, right next to beach clubs, though you cannot hear any music in the rooms. i appreciated the great pool with slides in the children's pool. the room size was great, and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

breakfast offered many choices, including freshly made eggs. the restaurant staff was very helpful during meal times (i especially liked that), even though clearing the tables was a bit slow. i found great food at the steak house.

there are multiple swimming pools, including a children's pool with slides. i also noticed an indoor children's play area equipped with toys. beach access requires a short walk or a golf cart ride for convenience. i appreciated the adult-only infinity pool.

i really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. the concierge team at the hotel entrance was always ready to assist. the housekeeping staff was diligent and ensured rooms were clean (they always greeted you with a smile).

I appreciated the attentive service at the pool bar. Om and the team were very friendly. I also found the location quite accessible! It made exploring the area convenient.
The beach area was not great. I found the sun-beds to be in poor condition. I was also told at the beach I needed to get towels from the hotel pools as there was no towel station at the beach. The beach facilities were non-existent.

The room was very clean after it was serviced. A nice swan made of towels was on our bed. Breakfast included an Al Ain view. It was also sumptuous. I liked the overall cleanliness and the nice towel art in the room!
